Level 3

  • Description

Level 3 Ballet is a pivotal stage where dancers make significant strides in technique, strength, and artistry. With increasing class requirements, students refine their skills, preparing for more advanced training.

Level 3A (Ages 8-10) requires two technique classes per week, focusing on building strong foundational skills in alignment, coordination, and musicality. Students begin proper barre work, facing the barre, and perform some center work focused on coordination and musicality.

Level 3B (Ages 8-10) The work of 3A increases to three required technique classes per week, incorporating pre-pointe training.

Level 3C (Ages 9-12) requires four technique classes per week. Students advance to one-armed barre work with more advanced center work and an introduction to pre-pointe work, to further develop strength and balance.

Under the guidance of Kristin Long and Samantha Clark, Level 3 dancers gain discipline and confidence, refining their artistry while progressing toward more advanced levels.
